For example, his old CMMS software was clumsy and time consuming to use, so his techs avoided using it as much as possible. That led to inaccurate data being captured and some data not being captured at all.
“We needed to make it as easy as possible,” Mateo explained. “So, customization in MPulse was key. We made our MPulse work orders look like our old paper work orders, then used custom dropdowns to make it faster to use rather than write everything down on paper.”
Call in the Experts
Mateo knew one of his biggest mistakes the first time was investing in software, but not implementation services. As a result, his software was never set up properly.
