Policies for MPulse Services

Onsite Services

All services delivered at a customer location (onsite) must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of purchase.  MPulse will make every attempt to schedule the services within this timeframe. 

 

Credit for cancellation or rescheduling of onsite services will be based on the following:

Credit towards future event

More than 30 calendar days before event

100%

14-30 calendar days before event

50%

Less than 14 calendar days before event

0%

Rescheduling onsite services with credit is allowed only once.  Cancellation of rescheduled events will receive no credit towards future events.  Credit is subject to approval by MPulse and must be used within 12 months of original purchase. 

 

Onsite travel expenses include (but are not limited to) airfare, hotel, rental car, and meals.  Additional expenses may be incurred when travel is rescheduled and these costs will be included with total travel expenses.  Travel expenses are billed at cost after the on-site training engagement is completed.

 

Except for the cancellation and rescheduling policy described above, all payments and fees are nonrefundable.

Training Center

Classroom training delivered at MPulse’s Eugene, OR Training Center or in regional training facilities must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of purchase.  MPulse will make every attempt to schedule the services within this timeframe. 

 

Credit for cancellation or rescheduling of Training Center will be based on the following:

14-30 calendar days before class

50%

Less than 14 calendar days before class

No show / Missed class

Rescheduling Training Center services with credit is allowed only once.  Cancellation of rescheduled classes will receive no credit towards future classes.  If class is scheduled based on MSP renewal benefit, the value of the renewal benefit will be adjusted per the schedule above.  Credit is subject to approval by MPulse and must be used within 12 months of original purchase. 

 

MPulse strives to hold classes as scheduled, but we are occasionally forced to cancel or change classes for reasons beyond our control. MPulse reserves the right to cancel/change a class when these things occur. We make every reasonable effort to notify registered individuals as soon as a class has been cancelled. Class cancellation notices are emailed directly to all registered students and credit or refund options will be provided. 

 

Travel expenses for attendees of MPulse Training Center classes are the responsibility of the attendee and are not included in the registration.  In the event that a class must be canceled or changed, MPulse will not be responsible for reimbursing prepaid customer travel costs.

All services delivered online via web conferencing/telephone must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of purchase.  MPulse will make every attempt to schedule the services within this timeframe. 

 

Credit for cancellation or rescheduling of online services will be based on the following:
