Scheduling and Completion of Services

All services must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of purchase or
renewal. MPulse will make every attempt to schedule the services within this time
frame. All hourly based services need to be scheduled for a minimum of two hours.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

Credit for rescheduling or cancellation of services will be based on the following:

Notification Received Credit towards rescheduled service
More than 30 calendar days before service 100%
14-30 calendar days before service 50%
Less than 14 calendar days before service 0%

All notifications need to be received via email. Rescheduling services with credit is allowed only once.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an already rescheduled service will receive no credit towards future
services. Credit is subject to approval and must be used within 12 months of original purchase date.

Travel Expenses
Travel expenses are always billed at cost after the onsite service is completed. If a
service is rescheduled or cancelled, any related travel expenses already incurred, will be
billed at exact cost upon receiving notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Onsite travel
expenses include (but are not limited to) airfare, hotel, rental car, and meals. Additional
expenses may be incurred when travel is rescheduled and these costs will be included
with total travel expenses.

Additional Information
Except for the cancellation and rescheduling policy described above, all payments and
fees are nonrefundable.
MPulse strives to keep services as scheduled, but we are occasionally forced to cancel
or change services for reasons beyond our control. MPulse reserves the right to
cancel/change a service when these things occur. We make every reasonable effort to
notify customers as soon as a scheduling conflict is known. Notices are emailed directly
to the primary contact listed for the service and rescheduling or credit options will be
provided.
