    • Web seminars are scheduled approximately every other month and they provide a forum to educate users and share information on various concepts such as implementation and reporting. Although the live seminar provides an opportunity for users to ask questions with the presenter and each other, all seminars are recorded and made available via the Support Portal. Therefore, if you are unable to attend the seminars at the scheduled time, you can always watch at your convenience or refer back to them for a refresher.
  • "How To" video recordings that visually demonstrate how to implement more advanced features and concepts. There is a broad range of video topics that illustrate specific features and functions for maximizing usability, including the popular Summer School series.
    • Summer School provides an economical training alternative for refreshing your previous training experience or getting new users up to speed quickly. You can watch the whole series for a complete usability overview of all MPulse features or pick and choose topics to meet your individual needs.
  • Searchable Knowledge Base articles and white papers with answers and information available 24/7. We continually add new knowledge base articles to our library to keep the latest information available to you.
