Most SMA Program subscribers know that SMA allows for updates to their software and access to our Tech Support team, but are you aware of the many other value-added resources and services available exclusively to SMA Program subscribers?
SMA provides access to a wealth of tools to ensure you are getting the highest ROI on your original software investment including:
- Application-specific and/or industry-specific web seminars on customer-suggested topics.
- Web seminars are scheduled approximately every other month
and they provide a forum to educate users and share information
on various concepts such as implementation and reporting.
Although the live seminar provides an opportunity for users
to ask questions with the presenter and each other, all seminars
are recorded and made available via the Support Portal. Therefore,
if you are unable to attend the seminars at the scheduled
time, you can always watch at your convenience or refer back
to them for a refresher.
- "How To" video recordings that visually demonstrate how to implement
more advanced features and concepts. There is a broad range of
video topics that illustrate specific features and functions for
maximizing usability, including the popular Summer School series.
- Summer School provides an economical training alternative for refreshing your previous training experience or getting new users up to speed quickly. You can watch the whole series for a complete usability overview of all MPulse features or pick and choose topics to meet your individual needs.
- Searchable Knowledge Base articles and white papers with answers and information available 24/7. We continually add new knowledge base articles to our library to keep the latest information available to you.
Similar to the time and resources you invest providing regular maintenance on your assets, maintenance on your software investment is equally important. SMA provides access to the tools that keep your software asset performing at its best. Moreover, many value-added services are available via the MPulse Support Portal.
