InfoNet Request & Tracking System |
InfoNet reads MPulse's user account access rights and security settings. You can set up unique user accounts or use Active Directory. If you have multiple datasets at your organization you will have one log in screen for InfoNet where you select which dataset you wish to access. |
The Maintenance Request page can require the requester to enter a very complete amount of information. When coupled with the Request Approval Manager each of these fields can create a different approval routing. |
By using MPulse's security settings and customization capabilities you can customize the request page for any user group you chose. You can also create required fields and custom tool tips explaining what kind of information you want entered in each field. |
Requesters can log back in and check the status of their requests. Every field available to them on the requesting page is available as a filter field on the tracking page. Users can set their defaults so when they come into the Request Tracking System their custom settings will already be set.
The Request Tracking System has MPulse's exclusive LiveUpdate system and will update in real time as the status of a request changes. Managers can leave this page open and track the status of all work as work orders are processed. |
The maintenance planner can initiate a 'reply' to the requester to solicit additional information. Once the reply is sent the Status of the request becomes 'Waiting for Reply.' All communications in this reply/respond loop are attached to the work order for tracking. |
