Work Order Assignment
MobileWorks looks for all open work orders assigned to Leo Mechanic. If Leo is in a wireless environment as soon as a work order is assigned to him he will receive an alarm notifying him that he has a new work order.

Work Performed Reporting
MobileWorks really helps to track those 'oh, by the way......' maintenance repairs your staff does that are not on work orders. Work Performed allows you to create and complete a work order all in one action.

Time Tracking
MobileWorks Time Tracking system allows technicians to check in and check out on jobs while MobileWorks logs the time on the work order. You can also log time against non work order activities such as safety meetings, shop clean up, pick up and delivery and other user definable activities.
