CMMS Software ProductsMPulse Maintenance Software provides three types of CMMS software tools:
- Desktop Maintenance Tools – used by the planner, administrator and/or manager to manage the entire MPulse System. Each MPulse system must include one of the following desktop tools: MPulse Gold, WorkFlow R, WorkFlow M, or WorkFlow W.
- Online Maintenance Tools – used by drop in users to get information such as work history, pickup work assignments, complete work orders, submit request for work, check status of work that is in the queue. Online tools include the various InfoNet modules listed below.
- Handheld Maintenance Tools - used to create a paperless environment. Once setup, your maintenance management system can be run with MobileWorks as the primary tool for entering work order data. When coupled with a bar code scanner you will be able to accurately debit inventory onto work orders and link the specific asset the inventory is used on.

The InfoNet Email Notification System proactively notifies requesters of the up to date status of their maintenance request. The requester can automatically be notified via email whenever the status of their maintenance request changes. Email Notification System can also notify an engineer when a work order has been assigned to them. Using tools like InfoNet Email Notification System dramatically enhances your EAM / CMMS implementation.

The InfoNet Request Approval System allows the system administrator to set up conditions for approval of maintenance request. Using the approval system provides multiple layers of approval for work captured in the MPulse EAM / CMMS software. The request approval manager filters all requests coming in to the maintenance department by selected criteria. Requests meeting the criteria are routed to the appropriate approval process before coming to the maintenance office.
