    For an annual fee, this program not only provides updates to current version software, but also includes ongoing toll-free access to our support staff during business hours and access to the technical support area of our website.

    The Tech Support area of the website is reserved for registered users with an active SMA Program. It includes solutions for the most frequently asked questions, tips & tricks, a suggestion box, a searchable support database, e-mail access to our application engineers, and much more.
