InfoNet's Request Approval Manager provides a tool that can automatically route maintenance requests to various managers in your organization prior to being sent to the maintenance engineering department.
Request Approval Manager also enables a tool to manually send requests out for approval. (eg: when a request exceeds your budget limit for approval, you can send it to an appropriate manager.
You will always know the status of a request by looking in your maintenance request records. Those records that are out for approval will be shown as "waiting for approval."
