E-mail Notification Screen Shots

Email Notification Setup Page
Email Notification System setup page. This is the page that you use to determine under what condition you want InfoNet to send an email. There are various conditions. Merely check which condition(s) you want.

You can also format the email message using the system variables assigned by InfoNet. Emails can be either in raw text or in HTML format. When using HTML format you can include graphics (like your department logo!) with your email messages.

Email Setup Page
This is the page that sets up InfoNet's email capabilities.

Notice with InfoNet Email Notification System you can assign an email address (eg: maintenance@yourcompany.com) that people can use to send in Maintenance Request. This feature is great for remote facilities that are not inside your network and don't have access to InfoNet Maintenance Request page.

InfoNet will parcer out the email and map the sender of the email as the originator of the request. The subject will become the maintenance request description and the text of the email will be the explanation. Very nice!!
