WorkFlow R is a subset of MPulse Gold. WorkFlow R is a web based maintenance request / work order management systems design for facility managers in schools, hospitals, municipalities, property managers, etc. |

This is a screen shot of the requesting page. The system manager may design the requesters screen to be very simple by limiting access to many fields. (see below)
When using Maintenance Requester the user does not have to have any software installed. They access InfoNet's Maintenance Request using MS Internet Explorer. |

The system manager may elect to have more fields on the Maintenance Request Page. Pages may be customized for different user groups. |

Maintenance requests show up in the Maintenance Request Inbox in WorkFlow R. This inbox displays a list of all pending requests.
Requests may be converted to work orders directly from this list, or viewed for further details. The maintenance planner also can 'reply to requester' which sends an email to the requester seeking more information about the request. |
