MPulse Expands its Technical & Customer Care

MPulse Maintenance Software is pleased to announce the additions of Dave Bartling as our MPulse Training Coordinator and Déidre Moxley as our Customer Communications Coordinator.
 With over five years experience in software training and program management, we’re fortunate to have Dave on our Customer Care support team. As Trainer Coordinator, Dave conducts MPulse’s 3-day intensive Training Centers, both on-site and at our Western Training Center. He utilises his intensive knowledge to provide customers with the tools necessary to ensure their successful implementation. When Dave isn’t providing top-notch technical support, he is developing additional training tools for future incorporation into our desktop products.
 Déidre brings over seven years of IT and technical support experience to the company. As a Customer Communications Coordinator, she manages our Newsletter and Community Portal, as well as individual communications to our customers about MPulse information.
