SMA Program
 SMA Program - The SMA Program from MPulse is a comprehensive software/user support program. MPulse users who subscribe to the SMA Program keep their MPulse EAM / CMMS software up to date, functional and integrated into their operations.
The SMA Program subscribers receive:
- Telephone technical support via toll free phone, email or fax during all normal business hours (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific time).
- Free software updates including enhancements and new technologies.
- Exclusive access to the MPulse Tech Support area of our website. Includes Knowledge Based Articles, How To Videos, and product downloads.
- Vertical product scalability – If you determine that you need a more feature rich product, you are assured investment protection for what you bought as a ‘trade in’ value towards product upgrades.
