Software: Entry level WorkFlow products start at $1,750 each. Add-on options and additional users can raise the price to as high as $6,000. MPulse Gold starts at $6,000 and with add-on options and additional users Gold software can retail between $7,500 - $15,000.

 

Software Maintenance Program (SMA): Our SMA program includes free telephone technical support for all users, free updates to current versions, and access to our technical support section for downloads and knowledge base articles. SMA is an optional program, but most users see the inherent value and over 95% of of our active SMA users renew their agreement annually. The price of the SMA program is between 15% - 20% of the total retail value of your software per year.

 

Hardware/Databases / Deployment: MPulse is a web based program that utilizes a web service and a data service. The web service requires a Microsoft Windows Server running IIS and a data server running Microsoft SQL Server. We recommend a dedicated server for your MPulse application. Please refer to our product specific system requirements on their respective product data sheets and consult with your IT staff to insure compatibility. As an alternative, many customers chose our WorkSmart Application Hosting Service and elect to have MPulse host their web service and data service. This service can be purchased for a one time $500 set up fee plus $200 per concurrent user per year.

 

Technical Services: Many times customers have data in a spread sheet(s), a legacy developed database, or a competitive product they want imported into MPulse. Import services of existing data into MPulse start from $250. We will need to see your data before we can give an accurate quote but it is generally not cost prohibitive. To exchange data with, "XYZ System" requires engineering services with price ranges from $2,500 to $5,000 depending on the complexity of the work.

 

Training: An investment in training is the most important aspect of a successful EAM/CMMS implementation. and we strongly recommend that customers include a training option when they purchase MPulse. Training options include web based training @ $150 / hour, 3 days of hands-on training at the MPulse Training Center for $1,500 per attendee or we can also bring the MPulse Training Center onsite for $4,000 plus T & E, and a five day Assured Implementation Program for $8,000 plus travel and expenses.  You can get more information about the Training Center and the AIP from the Service Products section of our web site.
