Custom On-Site Training

• Work directly with an MPulse engineer to build your training plan and your database
• Focuses from start-up on "what's important" for your success

• Web based planning meeting:  You and your team will work one on one with an MPulse engineer to determine the critical aspects of your organization, how they relate to your MPulse implementation and how should they be prioritized. Our engineer will also help you create a data collection plan.

• Electronic Data Import:  MPulse will supply a data collection template in MS-Excel format for you to input your asset, inventory, personnel, vendor, and/or task data. The data will be reviewed and then imported into MPulse for use during the training period, and beyond, and each trainee will have their own copy of MPulse for training. We know that training MPulse users on their data is far superior than using generic 'training' data.

• Three days on-site training:  On-site training focuses on those sections of MPulse that were identified as 'important' during the first web-based meeting. Training will start with system basics and navigation and progress through work order initiation, administration, distribution, and completion. There will be ample time devoted to reporting and customization and/or localization during the sessions. By day three you will be working with live data on your own production database. We pride ourselves on leaving our customers prepared and ready to 'go live'.
