 Our challenge was: How do you provide an easy to use EAM / CMMS maintenance management software tool to a group of people who obviously need the technology, but who have been - until now - priced out of the market by those complicated, high end products that "the big guys" use?
The answer: Deliver simply better EAM / CMMS software that is easier to use and faster to implement. Keep it affordable by controlling the cost of sales and marketing. Design it to keep up with their needs today, their challenges of tomorrow, while maintaining the history of what they did yesterday. And do it better than anyone else.
