MPulse Training Center Cancellation Policy
MPulse Class Cancellation
MPulse strives to hold classes as scheduled, but if low enrollment or other circumstances occur beyond our control, MPulse reserves the right to cancel classes 10 business days prior to its commencement date.
MPulse Training makes reasonable commercial efforts to notify registered individuals as soon as the class has been cancelled.
Class cancellation notices are emailed directly to all registered Students on record with MPulse Training. If the student's manager's name is on record they will also be notified. In most cases, MPulse Training will attempt to personally contact each student in addition to the email notification.
All students are advised not to make final travel arrangements until after receipt of the class registration confirmation email from a Training Coordinator. MPulse is not liable for any expenses related to travel or related to any changes in travel arrangements of any kind.
If MPulse training is forced to cancel a class for any reason in less then 10 working days, then affected student(s) will be offered another scheduled class if agreeable.
Student Cancellation / Rescheduling
Students who fail to notify the MPulse's Training Coordinator of their cancellation or desire to reschedule 10 or less working days prior to the course start date will be billed in full for the course. The student also has the option to attend a latter training center session, if space is available, for no additional charge.
