Check out this email!! The following email was sent to Jeff Miller, Eastern Regional Manager, from Lenora Chapman, at MidState Medical. A potential client made an on-site visit to see Lenora's installation of MPulse. They wanted to see "MPulse in action".   Jeff, My pleasure! We are very happy here with the MPulse software and don't mind sharing it with others. I am so looking forward to expanding our use after the training in December. My IS department is working with me so that I can have our own information to work with while at the training and the ladies and I are writing down all our questions, concerns and thoughts. I know that we are only touching the surface of the whole program and want to start using it as it was intended to be used. Mike and Ron were great guests and although they had many questions, I answered what I could and referred them to you for the rest. I was able to give them 1st hand experience of the areas we use. As they were sitting here, 2 or 3 "urgent" requests came in and they were able to see how effective it was for us. I pulled up some reports and showed them where and how we used them and to what extent. Jeff, I believe the first thing that attracts most people is the "user friendly" aspect! Using MPulse is as easy as ABC - 123. Other programs that I have looked at seem like one would need a college degree just to get into to them!!
